The trouble is that you got misled and had nothing to check against, so everything sounds equally plausible and equally hollow.

It starts with turning inward. Not confidence. Not a gut feeling. Something you can actually test inside of yourself. Your body already knows.

Why this?

Because it’s a framework for your life, not advice. Advice needs you to trust whoever gave it. A framework you can use yourself, at your own kitchen table, tonight.

Why now?

Because the ground beneath your feet keeps shifting and nobody told you that it is being moved on purpose. And because the slow removal of your resources without any return works fine for a while, and then one day it starts to break your back.

Why me?

I follow the same standard I teach, and I’m not asking you to trust me. Check everything here for yourself — and if something doesn’t hold up, don’t buy a thing from me. Somebody after your money wouldn’t hand you the means to check them.
